Accountants who wish to know more about Insolvency (individual and corporate), The Company Directors Disqualification Act, Challengeable Transactions (wrongful and fraudulent trading, preference, undervalue, transactions defrauding creditors) and the procedures now available.
 
Course aims and objectives
This is not a course intending to make an insolvency practitioner out of a general pracitioner - it will take you beyond "belly up" and towards knowing what the different procedures are, when they are used and when you might be getting out of your depth.
